I would suggest a thoroughly test of the power supply components, specially smoothing capacitors, +15V and -15V regulators as a starting point, if i remember correctly this amp uses 4 Power Output Ic's named LM3886T as power amplification devices, so let's get into matter first, as stated, with the power supply area, please keep me informed to improve help to you. Thanks Paul for your help and addvice, I'll try my novice hand at your suggestions, maybe out of my depth and would be better in a pros hands but reluctant as this may cost more than the Amp is worth.
