Hi, I have a DCS MO24SS built in microwave and it stopped turning today. It makes a strange noise and doesn't cook as well as before. Probably because it's not turning. When I remove the glass plate, the plastic thing turns. Please let me know what the problem might be and if it's worth fixing. Thanks, Pamela
