Hi, I have a Denon AVR 1602 and Opus One powered Subwoofer that kicks in only when I increase the Volume on the receiver. How can I set the subwoofer to kick in at low volumes as well? The bass and treble setting on the receiver have been kept at zero. Thanks, Danny
