Hi. I have a fiju ask 4000 and it has started to print slightly off line on the paper leaving a white border on the bottom and one side of the print. This border is about 4mm on the left and goes down to about 1mm on the right. Can you help please? John

There should be an alignment procedure listed on the printer software utilities.
If the alignment procedure does not work, there is also a mechanical alignment procedure, that can be done by calling Fuji and following the step-by-step guidance.
Do some maintenance cleaning on the print head of this printer and that should fix it...
Yes a dirty head can cause that problem that's why it will be better first to do some cleaning...
