Hi i have a fisher and paykel smart drive 7.5kg washing machine. i pressed on put clothes in and pressed start nd after about a 1 minute a noise(like a clap) occured and the washing machine turned off and i couldn't turn it back on again. what is wrong with it

Hi just read your posting.Now the noise you heard was probably your motor controller shorting out or your pump shorted out. Did you check the power point with a small appliance to see if it has power?What is the model number of your machine?It is located on a sticker at the back of the machine .Please reply with additional information and I can help you further.
