Hi, I have a Hotpoint Ariston Aqualtis washing machine dryer, model AQGMD 149. About an hour ago I half loaded it with today's wash and after filling up with water it suddenly started to drain the water and the panel began flashing F13. I have drained it completely and had to open the door manually by pulling the cord at the bottom. Can you help me with this problem please or do I have to call a technician? THANKS
