Hi i have a jaq3 model which stopped working
I have a jaq3 model...but yesterday suddenly their was some disturbance on screen while i was using gprs and then it switched off...now is this a battery problem or software problem?

Try to do a soft reset of your Imate. turn off your device and remove the battery, then turn it on again. Try to browse your device and see what wll be the error again.
