Hi i have a macbook pro and its showing that my hard drive is full but after moving my files to an external drive, it still showing that its full. Could this be a virus and what can i do to resolve this issue ? thanks

Moving the files to an external drive does not delete them from the Macs drive. You will have to manually delete them and then empty the trash. Also if you have downloaded iTunes try deleting them too.

That has to be a virus infection.please reload the operating system (Window seven i guess) for your mac book.that will definitely solve the problem.you can also get a strong anti virus there after.you should see a certified engineer for the reloading.
