Hi, I have a Norstar office phone without an obvious mute button.Any ideas how to mute the phone while on a conference call. Is there a feature - *6 does not work. Help

I'm have trouble seeing through the internet and do not know what make or model you are referring to?

Have you tried being ON THE HANDSET and then pressing the handsfree/speakerphone key?
