Report "Hi I have a paper jam and when I remove paper each time screen displays printer carrier stall and exclaimation mark and saying check inside the printer for obstructions then press ok. I have done this a number of times, but paper jams each time. Any ideas. This time we have used a printer cartridge that is not a lexmark, but a recycled cheaper one! has this anything to do with it?
