Hi i have a Philips go gear aria mp3 player & windows 10 PC.the player will not play music that is transferred from real player, saying need windows music player,not compatible on my pc please help

You need to check the file format on music, windows media play does not support their format ((*.ra, *.rm). You can change the format to mp3 or .wav using other software.
