Hi. I have a practically new 4411 Heavy Duty Singer sewing Machine. After a few uses the neddle position stays on the left even thou I put the and the Three Needle Position Dial on the center

I had the same issue and found that for a straight stitch I had to have the stitch width set to 0 for it to move to center.
If it is pretty new, it could still be under warranty. Take it to a Singer service center.
