Report "HI I have a radio shack phone 5.4GHZ and when we are on the phone and the phone rings and we do not do call waiting..it goes to voice mail. However, we are unable to retreive any voiced mail messages. People have been telling us they have left messages and we don't know how to retreive these messages. We get other messages when we are NOT on the phone however. ther is a CID99 sign on our phone. I have a feeling these messages might be sitting there but we cannot find them. ANy help?"
