Hi I have a razor mod bistro and it doesn't run anymore. The battery are fully charged but I turn the switch and it attempts to run but doesn't
When I turn the switch to run it. It acts like it trying to run but it stops as if it needs some juice. The battery measures fully charge going across the two battery. Do think that the controller needs replacing?

Try jumpering the battery directly to the motor and see if that works, first
can you physically remove the batteries from the scooter?
If you jumper the batteries directly to the motor does it spin fast?
