Hi i have a silver sirit 1985 model, she runs well but i ran out of fuel yesterday, when i re fueled her she started and completed a 135 mile trip without a problem, however this morning she would start but not tick over and the pump sounded load! i left the car and tried again later and she ran fine, then tonight she would not run again! any ideas? could the fuel filter be blocked? cheers stuart

Hi i think you have sucked up the muck from the bottom of your tank clean your filter and blow out your fuel line you could have dirt in them please rate this answer thanks
