Hi i have a small electric fireplace from charmglow, today after 5 years of usage thru the winter, i am experience a slight burning smell. I have already took apart and vacumed all dust, still itk smells, do you have a repair service that could take a look at?

I do have one place online you can use. Others have had good results from it. I have used it.

- Home Depot sell Charmglow Electric Fireplace. They would be able to give you a number for the company or even the companies service provider.
Follow the Servicemagic questions on that link and they will set you up with someone. They are usually pretty quick.
