Hi i have a sony ericsson k850i on the orange network i connect it to my laptop regularly and connect to the net on it. However a couple of days ago it decided to just turn off. Now when i switch it back on or try to charge it the lights come on boot it doesn't boot any solutions please i i just want to know what it is and how much it will cost to fix it thanks brian daley

Its a common problem of this phone. What you need to do is:
1. Charge the battery fully. It may be not charged while in phone. So take out the battery and charge it any other way. Insert fully charged battery and check. You can also check with other fully charged battery for the same model.
2. If not work, you need to repair erom. For this better go to repair shop.
