Hi I have a tomtom one and the problem is that it switches on for a few seconds then goes off with the green light still showing. I have tries charging it for approximately 24 hours and it held its charge for about 5 minutes whilst in my car then switched off. How can I resolve this problem?

You "MAY" have to flash the drive. To do this, just hold down the start button for approximately 15 secs. You'll then see a dark screen with different command strings listed, after doing this it should restart itself, if not, then just turn the unit off again & back on to see if it has corrected itself & boots up as normal.
