Report "Hi, I have a Xingyue XY260T-4 that w,on't start. It was running great when I first got it, it had about 3800 miles, then it suddenly started bogging down past 3000 RPM without warning, then stopped working altogether. I replaced the carb because the diaphragm had a tear in it, spark plug is new, coil and all wiring is new, doesn't start even with starting fluid. It's getting fuel just fine, the starter cranks fine, everything seems to be working BUT the fact that it's not running"
