Hi, I have an 18v Dewalt cordless jigsaw which has developed a loud rapid click when in use. On close inspection the guide wheel assembly is loose? This now hits on the blade assembly as it goes up and down causing the rapid clicking. looks as though it may of had a spring holding it back but I never looked before it broke

You may try to find it in the part list http://servicenet.dewalt.com/Products/Detail/DC330K As the part near blade is stressed by vibrations also some screw might get loosen.
