You might try replacing your circuit breaker. When they get old, they start tripping at the slightest current draw. Also, make sure your wiring from the circuit breaker box to the dryer is correct.
Once you've eliminated the wiring and circuit breaker, if it is still tripping, the only other thing in there besides the heater that draws a lot of current is the motor. Check the motor.
