Hi i have had a sanitop for about 4 yrs with no probs, today its very noisy and flushes by itself toilet bowl seems to be quite full have turned power off, is this ok and what should i do next its very noisy!!!!!!!

Internals covered with limescale, use a limescale descaler

Indicates a blocked or very dirty unit. Try cleaning with a saniflo cleaner - can be intorduced via wc bowl without unit removal. if this fails then its time to remove the unit and clean / look for blockages
