Hi, I have installed a brand new 400A model to replace a defective 400M model. I cannot get it to work. The solenoid valve will open when I turn the setting to TEST, but it will not open when I put the setting to the MAX (7). I have tried creating a demand for heat and it did not work. Any idea? tx
