Report "Hi, i have just bought a second hand technics su-a700 amp, on inspection the hard shell which covers the volume knob is begining to come off, i,ve tried pushing it back but it wont go all the way back, does the whole knob slide off on a spline or do i need to open the cabinet to take it off, with the hope that i can then maybe exert a little more pressure in pushing the shell back on, if all fails i,ve come across a site which sells technics spares such as the volume knob for a reasonable price, your assistance would be much appreciated, kind regards mike"
