Report "Hi, I have just removed the water tank to rinse (after de-scale), and the grey magnetic plastic water indicator piece and the small clear plastic lid have both fallen out of the holder. I replaced them, but the small lid now doesn't stay in the holder. So every time I fill the water tank, both pieces float out. Therefore the machine thinks there is no water in the tank. I have tried replacing a number of times, but can't recall which way up the grey plastic indicator is supposed to go (flat side up or pointy side up), and if I have the clear plastic lid on properly. The little arrow on the lid points to the back of the tank, but doesn't appear to fit tight enough now? Your help would be appreicated"
