Hi, I have kyocera km c850D. Please could you explain why machine keeps saying replace waste toner box although it is quite empty. please advise if tere are any other parts of the machine to clean or vacuum replace before the warning goes away. Cant use machine due to this issue

Are you using a new waste toner container or did you empty the one that was already in the machine?
The machine uses a sensor that looks at the container to determine if it is full of waste toner. If there is toner on the inside sides of the container were it looks for toner it will indicate that it needs to be replaced even if you have emptied the toner out.
It is a good practice to replace the waste toner container with a new one, that is the way the machine is meant to be used.
If you have correctly installed a new waste toner container and the message hasn't cleared you may have a faulty sensor.
