Hi i have problems with my 7502 gestetner nrg photocopier
I have a large capacity tray and the standard tray (tray1). when i make copies and the LCT is selected everything is fine. if i choose tha paper from tray 1 tha machine jam the paper before gets into the fuser! i need help? its very strange. everything works correctly with lct and the paper stacks when i use the standard tray1 A4

Please check the paper orientation in the tray using the green nubs in the tray and also ,
press the counter key and select system setings
tap on the tray settings and then select the paper size and orientation u prefer and press okay and then tou are tyhan

This sounds like a paper size issue. Check your papersize and oriontation in the tray(green selector font right or back left of tray) and check paper settings under the user tools menu for tray 1. let me know if that works, so we can trouble shoot.
