Report "Hi. I have the Designer Ruby. When attempting to embroider with the designer royal hoop, all is well until I push GO, it then asks to remove hoop an recalibrate. This is happening every time with the designer royal hoop only. I was successfully using the hoop about a week ago and then the problem started the next time I went to embroider. Other hoops (such as the splendid square hoop) work just fine. If anyone has any insight, that would be great :) I have tried powering everything off, removing embroidery unit, clearing dust, etc... no luck so far"
