Hi I have the freelander 1 1.8l petrol. Problem I have is engine fires up then 3 seconds later dies. Every single time. Had diagnostic test done showed faulty oil and water temperature sensors. I replaced with new from Land Rover. Still the same. Had diagnostic done again report shows faulty ignition. Replaced this unit. Reset codes etc ... Still the same. Next I replaced the fuel pump completely. Still the same. Diagnostic report now shows zero faults even after a reset. Currently I am at my wits end as the mechanics at Land Rover also cannot find the problem. Please help me Thank you in advance

Well, sounds like your ECM we had the same
Problem with our f250 no spark started and died lots of faultly codes if the ECM is bad it will
Show muilt. Codes and nothing really is bad..
Auto zone or Oriellys have the exact ECM you need for your vehicle they charge core charge.
We sorted a bout 150. With rebuilt ECM
After that the truck worked perfect for another
7 years till we blew the head gasket.. Lol
