Hi i installed System mechanic pro on my windows 7, as it was the earlier version of iolo, it notified that this version is not suitable. so i downloaded new version from site and it installed perfectly. but when i want to run, none of iolo products work except system shield. i tried revo to remove all footprints and installed the product again but same results. i should mention that i installed this version on another windows 7 and everything goes fine now on that

When you start any iolo application, it should give an error report like"appcrash". Post it here so that I can investigate further.
In the meantime, create another user account with administrative privileges after using Revo to un-install the iolo software.
Next, install System Mechanic Pro from the second admin user account you have created in the above step. Try running it again.
Also, be prepared to reinstall Windows from scratch. Trust me, I have longed worked with Windows and some problems really require you to do that.

There are a couple of things you can try:
Open Task Manager by pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL.
After that try running the program again, this time right click its icon an select run as Admin.
While the program tries to run, inspect the task manager's window. You should either see the program running or running then quitting. If it runs but the does not appear on desktop, right-click it in the Task Manager and select: Bring to front.
If the program runs and quits instantly, an important Windows file is missing. Try updating windows by running the Windows Update manually.
Regarding your problem with he licensing, iolo has incorporated a system which prevents a user from installing on multiple PC. Visit their website and e-mail them that you want to transfer the license to another PC. I'm sure they will help you.
I suggest you try a repair install of iolo software. To do this, simply double-click on the installer file of System Mechanic Pro (no need to uninstall first).
To check Windows update, click here (works on Internet Explorer). Update does not check missing or corrupt files. To repair Windows, you have to perform a repair install or upgrade.
