Hi, I just bought a used 9500hr ehich works fine. In order to carry it to our cellar I have to partly demount. Unfortunately there are specific bolts that I cant release. Can anybody help me what kind
I am German and dont know all specific vocabulary. The screw looks like "imbus" with ca. 5 mm but none of mine fits.
