Hi, I just got my new TE100-P1U printserver today and wanted to connect my HP Laserjet P1005. In the printer information I can see the printer, but it is in status Off line. I tried to put the printer off and on again, but the status did not change. Can you help me with this issue? Best Regards, Uwe

Update the firmware for the print server. You can download the firmware from http://www.trendnet.com/support/supportdetail.asp?prod=205_TE100-P1U
