What are the symptoms of "won't start?" Do you get a single click (relay/solenoid/wiring issue) when turning the key to the Start position? Do you get a rapid series of clicks (low battery)? Do you get no sounds? Do dash lights come on as expected when in the Run position? Have you tried shifting to Neutral (assuming an automatic transmission) and attempting to start? What is the make, model, and year of your vehicle?
What symptoms caused you to replace all these items originally? Did you have the same symptoms before you replaced all these parts?
So if you're getting a single click, it sounds like the battery is probably charged (even new batteries can be low) and the connections to the battery are probably tight. If the click is pretty loud and solid (not like a simple relay quiet click) it sounds like the starter solenoid is closing (causing the solid click) but either the start motor is not getting power or the starter motor is binding up. Yes, even new starter motors can have issues. Do you have the ability to run jumper wires to see if the starter motor will spin the engine over when wired direct to the battery?

Are you getting a spark from the plugs? Did you check fuel pressure?
3 things every engine needs to start. Compression, spark, fuel.
