Hi I run a Super Sonic 22 which for me has a sweet spot at 2-3 Volume on the burn channel. I need to run at 4-5 on stage but at this settin it looses the full quality and goes very mushy just like the mid if full on even tho i use no midrange. Could a replacement speaker be the answer and if so any recommendations. Mark

It just doesn't have enough power for what you want. Either get a bigger version amp OR mic it and run it into the PA system where hopefully you have enough power.
I would swap out the speaker to see if that solves the problem. i find the Suer Sonic's do well with a Celestion Vintage 30.
