Hi I'm having a problem with my arcsoft showbiz 2 Capture option. the screen is black and all of the cables are plugged in properly. do I need to change my settings or something to get the screen up ? the sound is great I have volume ... jus' ... The screen is black. What can I do? :(

You need to switch off Directdraw in Direct X settings. I had the same issue and this resolved it. If you google it, it should come up with a page to download a zip file for your version of Windows. When you have downloaded it, follow the instructions given on the download page to switch Directdraw off. That should sort it.
