Hi. I've recently gotten a small grey digital camera (300K pixels) from Nat Geo, and I tried to connect the camera to my PC but there is a notification saying "An error in connection." and instructed me to check the troubleshooting guide in the manual. However, there is no such guide in the manual and the CD only has installation programmes. May I know what I should do to rectify this problem? Thank you
