Hi just bought the Janome 14000 and i plgged ut in and the home screen is not responding it has a yellow warning sign and all the buttons up front are lit up
Brand New? Return it to the vendor where it was purchased. It should still be covered under warranty, although if it is a defective unit, it should be replaced at no charge.
