Hi, last week I bought a new Henry vacuum with autosave, now the autosave feature is not working. The red indicator light does not light up and the motor does not change speed. Any ideas, other than returning to dealer?

Sadly you need to return to dealer, any problem contact Numatic (www.numatic.com), who supply it with a good 2 year warranty, which the dealer should support. This is a fault I see about 1 in 100, so you are a little unlucky. It will need a new switch and can easily be fitted by the dealer. With Henry's usual life expectancy anything from 5 -20 years it is well worth getting sorted.
