Hi, My acer desktop has the yellow light flashing on the front but wont power up. Ive tried turning it off from the power supply and turning on again but the same thing happens

Sounds like you are either in standby mode, or your hard drive is damaged and blocking the boot process.
If it's a standby problem, quickly taping the power button should wake it up. If it's a hard drive problem you can disconnect both the hard drive data cable and hard drive power to see if it will power up.
