Report "HI, my Amcor NanoMax12000EH is not cooling properly. Specifically I have the thermostat set down to 62 and the compressor only kicks on at about 80 or so. It cycles for a few minutes and shuts down again. Any ideas? BTW, I tried calling the co several times, no luck. are they still in business?"
