Hi my htc phone keeps turning on and off constantly . I have took out the battery and can't get to factory reset it because it turns off before I get to do anything with it . Hope you can help me thanx - dawn

Go to htc website and download newest soft update , den hold camera button and switch smart on (you should see four colored screen) connect phone to pc and install downloaded soft.
