HI my lanier photocopier has started blurring the top of anything that is printed via a computer through the LAN. Photocopying is working fine it only happens when i print something
I can only then see this a a driver issue, or some conflict, I suggest that at the least, you download and install the latest version driver for your machine. You need to go to the Lanier website and find the driver for your exact make and model, then download to say you desktop, and then install the new drivers, This may just fix your problem also it would pay to also upgrade your Ethernet card driver too, also make sure you have all the latest service packs installed too, I have also, seen instances of this happening, when a switch, or a router or the like was mucking up the first few frames of data and they would then come right. But I would check the Printer Driver etc first.
