Hi, my machine does not give contant steam through the steamwand - it comes with splurts of water in between which dilutes the milk and makes frothing difficult. I have tried running the steam a few seconds before I start to froth but it is not better. Any ideas? Reg Joubert

The level probe in the boiler is set too high and needs to be adjusted, it is located on the right side of the machine, remove top panel screws for access. You will see the red electrical wire going to the silver prove. Remove probe and clean or adjust.
