Hi, this sounds like there is a restriction in the hose that allows the water back out. Take the lid off by removing the screws at the rear and look down into the machine, you should see a rubber hose down near the bottom which is attached to a pump and the drum, remove the hose clip at the pump end and check the pump spins with your finger if it does check inside the rubber hose for small items of clothing sucg as baby socks or similar sized items. Make sure you unplug the machine before taking the lid off.
