Hi. My Nespresso U Krupps xn250 is stuck, after I placed a cup inside, the machine went on, and tried to pump water through. No coffee came out, and the sliding part didn't remove the capsule
It seems that it is stuck as well, and I can't see the capsule. I already removed the sides but no result.

You will have to open the machine cover to fix it if it's automatic don't try to use it. it will only make thing wors do not use a capsule with any dents at the back of it the piston will break everything
