Hi, My son's Yamaha PW 80 (2005) runs very well for about an hour and then it shuts down. It won't start until it cools down for few minutes. After it is started again it will run for 2 min and shuts down again. I guess this is an engine temperature related problem. One of the mechanics said that this bike is not designed for riding long trips like one hour or longer. This was just an easy riding mostly on unpaved roads, forest paths, etc. Engine was recently rebuild with a new piston and renewed cylinder, carburetor checked. Does anyone had similar problem? Is it true that Yamaha PW80 is not capable of running for longer than one hour constantly?
