Hi my sony ericsson z530i wont work - when i switch on it just says -preparing for file transfer- , and then - do not remove USB cable - but there is non connected? Can i get this to dissapear? it doesnt charge batteries either and i have a beaten up spare i use for that, not sure if connected issue, thanaks

Hi,it seems your phone is infected by a virus,which can only be got rid off by flashing(a process of formatting the whole phone memory) which can only be carried out by a qualified phone technician,so i will advice you consult the nearest phone technician in your area
