Hi my zanussi combi fcs101e4 is switching on and off by itself sometimes it stabilises for a minute and then starts again ,on and off ,I can hear the main contractor switching in and out ,I suspect a board problem anyone have any ideas thanks Nick

Possible there is a fault or HT leak on the magnetron and so it shunts due to a protection within the drive circuit. Remove the power and open the chassis, then use a good blower to clean. Inspect the HT section, check the magnetron and the capacitor - in case this is leaking it can short and so cut the voltage.
Also check on all the wires and connectors to the main board.
Use protection gear and switch on and see if the microwave cuts off with a spark jump or leak. If so the magnetron is faulty .
You need to take consensus and confirm before the board is suspected.
