Hi. The bridge on the Les Paul robot is loose and so falls off when there are no strings holding it in place. This has just happened to me and as it fell off the data cable that connects the bridge to
The data cable is very thin (4mm)and flat and coated in shiny black plastic. It appears to have been held in place under the bridge by a very small white clip which could hold the cable in a pcb mounted socket - all very small. I've tried pushing it back in but I'm not sure which way aropund it goes or even if the cable is broken as there appears to be a crease across it; either way it doesn't seem to be working.

btw. you should not keep your guitar stringless anyways, the neck will bend.
