Hi there, I got a problem with HL-DT-ST DVDRRW GWA-4164B and PHILIPS DROM6216 they both have "?" in device manager. when CD or DVD goes in it doesn't show and doesn't play... can you help? thanks Leanne

As per your description, there may be conflicts with resources. Select the device in device manager > Select resources TAB and check for any conflicts.
Also try to update the device driver may solve your problem.
